Gramoza for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch · Last updated: 1 October 2026
Gramoza is provided by Anas Alradhwan, an individual developer based in Kuwait (“we”). Gramoza is for people aged 18 and over only; it is rated 18+ on the App Store.
Gramoza is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the terms below. By using the app you agree to both.
Gramoza Pro subscription
- Gramoza Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends if you started one.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when the purchase is made.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Not medical advice
- Gramoza is a diary and training log. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical, nutritional or training advice.
- The starting protein target is an editable placeholder, not a personal recommendation. Calorie and macro goals are estimates from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and your answers, and you can change every number. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have kidney disease.
- The fasting timer only measures time. Do not fast if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes or a history of eating disorders, or take medicine that depends on meals, unless your doctor agrees.
- Strength training carries a risk of injury. Generated training plans are generic starting templates; they do not know your health, injuries or recovery. Use good form, warm up, and stop if something hurts.
Estimates and third-party data
- Food photo suggestions, label reading, AI meal logging and portion values are estimates and can be wrong. Foods marked “AI estimate” have no database match. Always check the amounts before saving them.
- Nutrition values in the food library and in AI meal logging come from USDA FoodData Central.
- Barcode product data comes from Open Food Facts, a community database made available under the Open Database License. It can be incomplete or incorrect.
- Estimated one-rep maxes use the Epley formula (the calculator also shows Brzycki) and are estimates, not tested lifts.
The community
The community (feed, friends and leagues) is optional. To join, you must be at least 18 and sign in with Apple. When you join, you agree to these community rules:
- Be kind. No bullying, harassment, threats or hate.
- Zero tolerance for objectionable content. No sexual, violent, hateful, dangerous or illegal content, and no spam or scams.
- Zero tolerance for abusive members. Accounts that break these rules are banned from the community.
- Report what’s wrong. Use … on any post, comment or profile. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules.
- Block anyone. Blocked members disappear from your feed, comments, search and league, and cannot follow you.
- Share only what you choose. Nothing from your diary or training log is posted unless you post it.
You keep ownership of what you post. You let us store it and show it to the people your privacy settings allow, only to run the community. We may remove content, hide it while we review a report, or suspend or ban an account that breaks these rules. Nicknames must follow the in-app rules and must not impersonate anyone. Leagues rank weekly XP from what you log; they have no prizes and no money value.
You can delete your posts and comments, or your whole community account, at any time in the app. See the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
Your data
Your diary and training log are stored on your devices and belong to you. If you turn on iCloud sync, they are also kept in your own iCloud. Sync is not a backup: a deletion syncs too. You are responsible for exporting backups if you want to keep them when you change or reset your devices. See the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or injury that results from relying on estimates, plans or data in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait handle any dispute, except where the consumer law of the country you live in gives you rights or a court that cannot be taken away.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: use the contact form on the support page.
